Lead. Care. Win.

Lead. Care. Win.

My 4th book, LEAD. CARE. WIN. How to Become a Leader Who Matters, contains 9 insightful yet super-practical leadership lessons that will help you become a more caring and engaging leader, one that will fully (and completely) understand the critical importance of crafting meaningful, respectful relationships among all your stakeholders.

Every human interaction is crucial. Every exchange can be mutually beneficial.

These 9 leadership lessons center on your willingness to improve how you treat people, a call for meaningful change to:

  • Be relatable and empathetic
  • Act not out of ego but out of purpose
  • Share knowledge to build a wise organization
  • Stay present and attentive to the needs of others
  • Embrace change and the opportunity for growth it offers
  • Stay curious and adopt lifelong learning
  • Think and act with clarity
  • Commit to balance and inclusivity in all your dealings
  • Act with humility and thoughtfulness

The bottom line is that when you care enough to champion others, the workplace becomes happily infectious and the organization benefits in more ways than one.

The book is different than FLAT ARMY, THE PURPOSE EFFECT or OPEN TO THINK. First off, it’s paperback. Second, it came in at roughly 40,000 words. Third, it’s packed with practical tips and techniques. It truly is a leadership playbook.

I can’t wait for you to read it.

It’s time to care. Full potential is possible.

Publish date: September 29, 2020.

Virtual Book Launch – Free Events

Given the chances of a face-to-face book and speaking tour in 2020 for LEAD. CARE. WIN. is as likely as me growing a full head of hair again, I am hosting three separate virtual book launch events. The sessions are 60-minutes in length, with 30-35 minutes dedicated to an overview of the book and the rest earmarked for Q&A. Each event is free but limited to 500 spots.

There are also 25 spots available immediately following each virtual book launch event for a private, 90-minute session with me. We’ll break down the book even further, take more of your questions, and essentially get into some virtual work-shopping.

Click below to register for the virtual book launch events.

Pre-Order Incentive: Free Webcast

I’m also offering the chance to have me speak at your company or organization. Purchase at least 50 copies of the book prior to August 31 and you will receive a free 60-minute webcast session with me and up to 500 of your work colleagues. Send proof of purchase to leadcarewin@danpontefract.com and we’ll get it sorted.

Online Learning Modules

I have been busy putting together a series of courses that map back to each of the 9 lessons found in LEAD. CARE. WIN. You will be able to purchase the courses individually, as a bundle, or they can be uploaded to your organization’s learning management system (LMS) in the fall. Download the one-page promo flyer.

In the meantime, if you’d like to participate in the BETA, please send an email to beta@danpontefract.com and we’ll get that sorted, too.
